NimbleFive
Privacy Policy
NimbleFive works without an account. Core gameplay is available offline, and your puzzle progress stays on your device.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how NimbleFive: Daily Brain Games (the “App”), operated by gzx, handles information when you use the App.
2. Information stored on your device
The App stores gameplay progress, settings, scores, streaks, practice records, selected themes, and virtual Sparks locally on your device. This information is used to provide and restore gameplay. The App does not provide an account or cloud synchronization. Removing the App or its data may permanently remove this information.
3. Information we do not directly request
The App does not ask you to provide your name, email address, contacts, photographs, precise location, or user-generated content. It does not require login credentials. If you contact support voluntarily, we receive the information you include in your message so that we can respond.
4. Advertising and consent services
The App uses Google Mobile Ads. Depending on the installed version, it may display optional rewarded ads, limited interstitial and app-open ads, a banner on the Home screen, and a native ad on the Practice screen. Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) presents privacy choices where required. Depending on your region, consent choice, device settings, and Google’s configuration, Google and its advertising partners may process information such as your IP address, approximate location, device and app information, advertising interactions, diagnostics, and identifiers permitted by applicable law.
The current App configuration requests non-personalized ads and disables the publisher first-party identifier. After onboarding, iOS may ask for App Tracking Transparency authorization. The App’s code accesses IDFA only if you authorize tracking; declining the request does not block the core puzzles or non-personalized ad requests. Advertising-provider practices remain governed by their own terms and policies. Learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
5. Analytics and crash reporting
The App uses Firebase Analytics to understand basic app usage and Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose crashes and improve stability. These services may process app interactions, app and device information, operating-system information, diagnostics, crash stack traces, relevant application state, and Firebase or Crashlytics installation identifiers. Analytics events may also appear as diagnostic breadcrumbs immediately before a crash.
The App uses the Firebase Analytics package that does not include IDFA collection capability. We do not send Firebase your name, email address, puzzle contents, or a developer-defined user ID, and we do not add custom personal information to analytics events or crash reports. Learn more in Privacy and Security in Firebase.
6. Your privacy choices
Where required, the App displays a Google UMP message before requesting ads. You can revisit available choices through Settings → Privacy Choices. Declining consent or having no advertisement available does not block the core puzzles. Apple device-level privacy settings may provide additional controls.
7. Sharing a result
Sharing is optional and starts only when you choose the Share Result action. The App uses the iOS share sheet so that you can choose the destination. Shared results contain summary information such as score and streak, not puzzle answers.
8. Retention and security
Local gameplay information remains on your device until it is reset or the App’s data is removed. Support correspondence is retained only as reasonably necessary to answer and manage the request. Third-party advertising, analytics, and crash-reporting services determine their own retention and security practices under their published policies.
9. International processing
Google, Firebase, and their service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Their privacy policies describe the safeguards and legal mechanisms they use for international processing.
10. Children’s privacy
NimbleFive is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed specifically to children under 13. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information directly to us. If you believe a child has sent personal information through a support request, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the App, advertising configuration, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted here with a revised effective date.
