Chromatic Atelier

Privacy Policy

Effective: October 13, 2026Operator: gzx

You can play without an account. Levels, progress, and appearance choices are stored on your device. Optional Firebase analytics and crash reports are off until you turn on their shared switch. The European advertising consent message is published, but normal gameplay does not currently request production ads.

1. Scope

This policy describes how Chromatic Atelier for iPhone (the “App”), operated by gzx, handles information. It does not cover websites or services you choose to open outside the App.

2. Data stored on your device

The App stores unlocked levels, puzzle progress, current game state, language, light or dark appearance, reduced-motion preference, and selected bottle and cap styles locally so you can resume and customize play. There is no account or cloud save. Deleting the App or its data can erase this progress. We do not receive these local records through a game server.

3. Optional analytics and crash reports

The App integrates Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. Both are disabled by default. A single “Share usage and crash data” setting enables or disables both. When enabled, the App may send level-start and level-completion events with a level identifier and game mode, and Crashlytics may send crash traces, app and device details, and installation identifiers needed to diagnose faults. Events do not include your name or email. Disabling the setting stops future App-initiated gameplay events and asks the SDKs to stop collection; data already received is handled under Google’s retention policies. Read Firebase privacy information.

4. Advertising and consent

The App includes Google AdMob and Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP). The European consent message is published. The current production game does not request ads during normal gameplay. A development-only simulator mode uses Google’s published test ad units and is not part of normal play. Before any production advertising is enabled, the App will use UMP to obtain the current advertising privacy status and request ads only when that status permits it. Available ad choices can be revisited from Settings when UMP requires a privacy-options entry point.

When production ads are enabled, Google and its advertising partners may process IP address and approximate location inferred from it, device and app identifiers, ad views and interactions, performance information, and diagnostics to deliver, measure, and protect ads, subject to your choices and applicable law. The App does not request iOS App Tracking Transparency permission in the current build. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s partner-app data explanation. Current ad formats and status are listed on our Advertising page.

5. Your choices

Use the App’s Settings screen to change the optional usage-and-crash-data switch. If advertising privacy options are required for your region, Settings also provides a way to reopen the UMP form after it becomes available. If the consent service fails or has no available message, normal gameplay continues and production ad requests remain off. You can manage device-level permissions in iOS Settings.

6. Information you send us

The App does not require your name, email, contacts, photos, precise location, or login. If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include so we can answer you. Please avoid sending sensitive information in support messages.

7. Retention, security, and international processing

Local progress remains until you clear the App’s data or remove the App. We keep support correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to answer and manage requests. Google and its service providers may process service data in other countries; their policies describe their retention and safeguards. The App is intended for an international audience.

8. Children

Chromatic Atelier is a general-audience puzzle game and is not designed specifically for children under 13. We do not knowingly ask children to submit personal information. Contact us if you believe a child sent personal information through support.

9. Changes

We will update this page when the App’s services or data practices change. The current version and effective date will appear here before production ads are enabled.
