Arrow Escape

Privacy Policy

Effective: October 11, 2026Operator: gzx

Arrow Escape does not require an account. Puzzles and saved progress work offline. Advertising, optional analytics, and optional crash reporting use separate privacy controls.

1. Scope

This policy explains how Arrow Escape for iPhone (the “App”), operated by gzx, handles information. It applies to the App, not to websites or services you choose to open from it.

2. Data kept on your device

The App saves your current board, unlocked levels, puzzle progress, game settings, session count, and limited ad frequency history on your device. This provides resume, replay, preferences, and ad frequency limits. There is no account or cloud save. Removing the App or its data may permanently erase this progress.

3. Advertising and consent

The App uses Google AdMob to show banner, rewarded, interstitial, native, and app-open ads. Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) requests and records advertising privacy choices where required. The App requests ads only when the UMP SDK says it may. Depending on your region, choices, device settings, and Google’s configuration, Google and its advertising partners may process IP address, approximate location, device and app details, advertising interactions, diagnostics, and permitted identifiers to deliver, measure, and protect ads.

Where available, the App asks for App Tracking Transparency permission before loading ads. If you decline, you can still play and may still see ads; Google Mobile Ads will not receive the IDFA from that permission. You can change tracking permission in iOS Settings. Google and its partners may have their own processing practices. Read Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses data from partner apps.

4. Optional analytics

Firebase Analytics is off by default. If you turn on Analytics in Settings, the App sends gameplay events such as level start and completion, hints, retries, and ad experience events. Event parameters describe a level or ad format, not your name or email. Firebase may process app instance identifiers, device and app information, usage events, and approximate location inferred from network information. Turning Analytics off stops future collection according to Firebase’s SDK behavior.

5. Optional crash reports

Firebase Crashlytics is off by default. If you turn on Crash Reports in Settings, the App may send crash traces, device and operating system details, app state, and Crashlytics installation identifiers to diagnose faults. Turning Crash Reports off disables automatic sending and asks Firebase to delete unsent reports. See Firebase Privacy and Security.

6. Your choices

Open Settings → Privacy Choices to revisit available ad choices. Separate Settings switches control Analytics and Crash Reports. Declining a choice, losing network access, or not having an ad available does not stop normal puzzle play. You can also use iOS privacy settings to manage device-level permissions.

7. Information you send us

We do not require your name, email, contacts, photos, precise location, or login. If you email support or report an ad, we receive the address and information you choose to include so we can respond. The App does not provide an in-app ad reporting form or attach SDK response identifiers to support emails; review any information you choose to send.

8. Retention and security

Local gameplay data remains until you reset or remove the App’s data. Limited ad frequency data is kept locally to control how often ads appear. Support messages are retained as reasonably needed to respond and manage the request. Google’s retention and security practices are described in its own policies.

9. International processing

Google and its service providers may process data outside your country. Their policies describe applicable safeguards. The App is offered to an international audience.

10. Children

Arrow Escape is a general-audience puzzle game and is not designed specifically for children under 13. We do not knowingly ask children to submit personal information. If you believe a child sent personal information through support, contact us to request a review.

11. Changes

We may update this policy when the App or its services change. The current version and effective date will appear here.
